Ordering

Our website is available to take orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and all orders are processed between 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

We accept most major debit and credit cards via using PayPal and will also accept bank transfer and cheque payments.  However, please note that items will not be dispatched until cleared funds have been received by ourselves.

Customers purchasing from outside of the UK mainland should call first to confirm delivery costs and lead times.

Until we have confirmed your order no offer of sale is made.  If there is any reason we can't process your order we will contact you by e-mail and issue a full refund.

Delivery

99% of orders received are dispatched on the same day and we strive for next working day delivery.  Inlm.co.uk will not be held responsible for incidents out of our control such as, exact time of delivery, postal strikes, severe weather, etc.

All of our products are dispatched via private courier or the post office and a signature for your item will be required on on delivery.

Non Arrival

In the unlikely event that you do not receive the goods within 3 working days of placing your order please contact us immediately.  All of our deliveries are tracked and insured.

Stock

If for any reason your item was unexpectedly out of stock we will advise you as soon as possible to discuss likely delivery dates, alternative products or a refund of in full.

Whilst we make endeavour to accurately display the specifications and features of our products, the actual colour you see will depend on the system you are viewing the site on. The inclusion of any products or services on this website does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at all times.

The information on inlm.co.uk may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. We make no representations as to the completeness, accuracy, correctness or otherwise of any information on this website. In addition, we may make changes in information about price and availability without notice. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer.

Credit Card Security

We accept credit cards through the secure payment gateways. All credit card numbers and personal information are encrypted, and are handled the secure payment gateway provider, inlm.co.uk does not handle or have access to your credit card information for orders placed via this website.

Full Terms & Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions comply with UK legislation and are designed to ensure that all customers shop easily with confidence. As such, any disputes shall be adjudicated according to the laws of England and Wales.

We maintain that, by confirming your order, you unreservedly accept our conditions of sale, having read them. All statements, guarantees or warranties in our terms of trading are additional to your statutory rights.

Goods Damaged in Transit

In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately ensuring that you retain the original packaging for returning your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever is your preference.

Faulty Goods

If there is an obvious defect and your item needs to be returned, please notify us and return the goods within the 14 days of receipt.

Within 14 days of purchase, if your goods are faulty we will offer a prompt replacement. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. We must be notified of the fault within 14 days of purchase and proof of purchase must be provided.

Returning Goods

Goods returned must be unused and in the original undamaged packaging, received by us within 14 days of purchase.  We will not refund or exchange an item when a product has been specially ordered for you.  We reserve the right to deem the goods second-hand and make you an appropriate offer should any items not be returned in their entirety or in an as new condition.

Please package any returned items carefully and return them, for your own protection, via a recorded and insured method of carriage. Royal Mail Special/Recorded Delivery is recommended. The cost of returned items is the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty or delivered to you in error.

Availability of Goods

While all care is taken to ensure appropriate stock levels, all products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime without prior notice. If we do not supply the goods for any reason you will be notified and no charge will be taken.  We do not compensate for any losses you may suffer if goods are not supplied, deemed faulty, damaged in transit or not of a kind foreseeable by the supplier.
